Residents benefit from access to the hotel’s luxurious amenities, including the hotel pool, the Backs Restaurant, the Pearl Valley Golf & Country Estate clubhouse, Valley Restaurant, a fully equipped gym, the Golf Shop, and the world-renowned Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole championship golf course. Additional recreational facilities include a driving range, island-style pool area, tennis courts, and paddle tennis courts.
Owners are entitled to 30 days of personal usage annually, which can be taken at any time of year. For bookings outside of the personal usage period, a 50% discount is offered.
For the remainder of the year, the unit participates in the hotel’s rental pool, with Mantis handling all operational aspects—covering booking fees, Body Corporate and Homeowners Association levies, utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, DSTV), cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of furniture and appliances as needed. In return, owners receive a competitive return on investment based on the hotel’s occupancy levels. Please note that rates and taxes are the responsibility of the owner.
