Additional recreational facilities include a driving range, island-style pool area, tennis courts, and paddle tennis courts. Owners are entitled to 30 days of personal usage annually, which can be taken at any time of year. For bookings outside of the personal usage period, a 50% discount is offered. For the remainder of the year, the unit participates in the hotel’s rental pool, with Mantis handling all operational aspects—covering booking fees, Body Corporate and Homeowners Association levies, utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, DSTV), cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of furniture and appliances as needed.
